@Paritiba, you make salient points here, I must commend you but take CR7's goals from the stats and you have a very ordinary player; something of a Benzema or our own Pedro. But we cant take away the goals, as they make up why we all consider him a great player.

One thing most people fail to consider when debating the never ending Messi-CR7 issue is the fear factor both players bring to the opposing teams. Whereas, you can rate Messi on an alarming 9/10, CR7 is pppprobably 6.5. Neymar has a higher fear factor than even CR7, and that's true.
