convention - Lost, got less than 100 votes.

1858-Ran for U.S. Senate again - again he lost.

The general was very right. Oby needed not go to Twitter to seek public attention as usual. She's not like u & I who may not be able to readily access the government. It would've been a different ball game if she took to Twitter because of slow/delayed response after alerting relevant authorities.
I used to like this woman but no longeri. She's becoming too partisan for my liking.
