Age is not an issue but could be an issue if the young lacks leadership traits and the old possess but if the young garrit then there is no doubt the old must bow out of the contest!

A Governor does NOT rule, they are basically elected administrator that have Executive responsibility to make sure a State is run effectively. This is the problem with our people, even a so call SAN thinks a Governor is a ruler.
