is there any quota system? i heard from unreliable source that over fifty percent of the award is for niger delta..how true is it? source:last year thread of nlng schlshp on nairaland

there is hope. Once you got admission, the 2:2 does nt really matter. Remember the oversea university are mostly interested on experience.

Anyone received any email from nlng yet? This week makes 6th week since deadline of application. And the website says if you aren't contacted 6 weeks after, then you aren't shortlisted. Anyone who's been shortlisted, please let us know. Many thanks

Not like I am certain but this is like a holliday week for most organisations so I feel it might not be counted, let's wait and see how the week 5th to 11th of January will be like.

time is a fluid thing with NLNG for now. I'm not in d scholarship hunt with you guys but talking from experience you guys might have to wait a bit. probably till March

Lol judging from the late Q1 2015 Mail right?
I don't think it plays here though, NLNG sponsors the scholarship but I think the british scholarship board in Nigeria oversees the scholarship proceedings. My thoughts though.

I spoke to someone who got the scholarship last year, and he says he was sent the shortlisted email at the end of february. So i guess we have to wait longer. Goodluck to us. Happy new year too
