Cos iv been quite surprised at glo recently, since last week, iv been seeing 'H' on my Z3 too at Iba, have never seen that since i got it excpt one time i was at Adeola Odeku n i wanted to mke a call n saw it! Twas like a miracle!

Stuff like this leave me perplexed and pissed....what has Chen got to do with the price of the classic in Nigeria?

Unfortunately, i'm having very serious problems with downloading, especially with GLO network. About a month ago, downloads were speedy and fast up until two weeks ago when it started getting significantly slower on 3G.
Now, it's so bad that a 10mb file can take as long as 10MINS on 3G if not more.
Downloading a 70mb movie can drain over 30% of my battery life and takes almost forever.

I dunno if anyone could give me a solution.. i'd be pretty grateful.

Ps... i've been wondering for sometime; how long does a q10 battery last when on 3G?.. I mean from 100% to 0%. ?

However, my q10 drains far faster than you think. Battery life way pretty full @ the time I posted my previous entry. Right now, its already @ 29%. That's about 70% gone in only 3 hours.
Can this be normal? Cos I only bought this battery about around the 1st week of december.

Definitely not normal...a full charge should give you at least 6hrs heavy use

My speed hits 900mbps on its best day, that's equal to about 130KBps. It's probably your location that is causing it. Is any other person experiencing it in your area?

a small advice; remove your memory card....switch off the phone....switch it on again....wait five mins....start your camera...if it works, save pisshures to device. insert your mcard while still on....open camera, take a shot...a pop appears "media card detected, save photos to media card" click on NO....lets see how far. if this don't work, go to cv meet with a good engineer let him loose the camera, clean the board and fix it back.

a bb z30 user here. I use glo on my device and it's quite good as per sub fee and data capacity. my problem is I don't get good reception at my residence and in my office and those are the two places I get to use the net more. is there anyone who is using another networklon their bb10 device with an amazing sub plan that I can try?

I'm thinking of switching network bit don't know which other network offers cool subscription rates like glo.

Bro, I didn't Uninstall any app oh.. I tried all solutions posted here expect wipeing the phone thou.. I didn't wipe nor reinstall the OS...
-- I pressed the up and down volume key together abt 12secs.. all to no avail.
-- I also restarted d device so many times and open video icon and click on start camera bt all to no avail.
