Lagos APC / Fashola seem to have run out of ideas. No new initiatives or anything of significance in the last 4 years. Going by Ambode's manifesto the party's vision for the future is bland and not exciting. Meanwhile Lagos continues to be locked down by ever worsening traffic gridlock and a Mafia style gluttonous party leadership sapping anyone wishing their grasp with multiplicity of taxes. There is a case for change in Lagos.

Do you think so. If you do then you must be out of ideas yourself, because even the blind on lagos street can attest to his finnesse and expertise in handling / governing Lagos.

Please let us move beyond that hype. No great initiative coming. No one talking about building an aerotropolis for major economic surge. No plans to address traffic gridlock robbing Lagos economy of manpower hours as well as discouraging commerce. No original thinking to tackle massive infrastructural deficits. Lagos still has never ever been paved roads within its capital Ikeja after 54 years of independence. Truth be told Fashole is a hype. Living in Lagos is hard.

Jimi Agbaje is the man to return Lagos to all Lagosians.

Lagos is an underachieving megacity, that few people can dispute.

If well managed, Lagos has the potentials to initiate the "dubainisation" of Nigeria.
