Do u eat well? If yes then u nid to increase ur iron tabs to two a day and ensure u take beans and veg and alwaz hv a drink in ur bag anywia u go or close to u.. if no change, see a doc asap

Mild headache and fever(did u measure wit a thermometer), sumtyms in preg u just feel hot but u r actually nt running fever.. hormones doing wat they knw ao to do best... my candid advice: eat well, take lots of fruits and vegetables, increase ur fluid intake as much as u can, rest well. take ur folic acid and iron tabs... all the best

Please at over 13weeks what could be the reason for this faint and dizzy feeling? And also, today i vomitted again after 2 weeks of break. Please i need to know what i can start taking because i'm still taking just folic acid one tablet daily and not seeing my Midwife any time soon.

My dear when I was in my first tri and time I trek I always feel dizzy. I guess the body is still trying to adjust to changes etc. Hope u are taking lots of fluid and eating well too. Throwing up can come up at any time in pregnancy, I don't think u should panic about that. I hope you are taking your pills!! Very important

You should call your midwife and complain to her, you might need to be placed on iron tablets. It's common for most women to feel like this during pregnancy but the iron tablets helps a lot. I also think you should start taking the pregnancy multivitamin tablets by now.

Be strong, it will soon be over.

I took pregnacare plus, u can take calcium and iron tabs.

My last preg I was stil vomiting @ the last few weeks of third trimester, so it happens. Try b careful wit distance, preg is different wit everybody. Continue ur folic acid and take lots of fluids as much as u can tolerate. Add iron tabs to ur drugs too. All the best

I am most familiar with pregnacare. Since you are not eating well, you need the multivitamins.

Take Kaffy4bill's advice but please get another opinion with another doctor (the first one who prescribed Artesunate without a test sounds worrying). I too was treated for Malaria and given antibiotics in my first trimester. They ran a blood test to be sure and gave me Chloroquine and the rest of my drugs were safe for pregnancy. I know we all get scared of drugs during pregnancy but the side effects of not treating malaria are really bad on your baby. It sounds like you're not absolutely sure of your doctor (hence you ran a test by yourself), so maybe look for a hospital around your area with good feedback from a lot of mums and get a second opinion.
