The society conditions it. It was not like that in the 70s and 80s but these days, means of survival is very harsh which really makes us to tilt towards the demand the present day requires. Like am 28 and a job am applying requires the maximum age of 26. I have to tilt.

Re-register for a fresh wassce with your true age
If you can, start Tertiary education afresh
Get a new passport with your true age
If you are working or schooling with the falsified age, quit
You can apply and work with your true age



You know now that transactions or working or schooling or any form of dealings with your false identity is not right, desist from it and make amends.....what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul? think about this..

Restitution should be done via the leading of HolySpirit. If He tells you to do it,kindly do it and vice versa. The important thing is to seek His consent before you go ahead. Dont follow your instinct.

Should i apply for a new passport with my new age or ask them to change the date of birth on my old passport?

One major reason why people falsify their age is to enhance their chances of going to NYSC and getting a good job there after. Sometimes its just better to bite the nail and do the right thing always. Don't falsify your information.

I want WAEC to issue a new certificate to me with my real age and i want a new passport with my real age, even thzough it is only a year differnce, 1986 instead of 1985.
