the phone has 1 year warranty, but the screen only has 6 months free replacement warranty at carl care. this warranty is only valid for one free screen replacement.

hello, my infinix zero had sim1 slot issue but was taken to carl care office by the online store i got it from. Few days after it was returned to me, it stopped ringing out and the three dot lights does not go off not until i hold it firm in my palm before it rings out and the light goes off. I don't want to return it to the online store because it might take ages before it is returned but want to take it to carlcare myself on a saturday. I want to know if anyone has an idea of the phone been fixed on that same day or if i'll be asked to come for it another day.

Please someone should help me with the easiest way on how to root infinix zero 2gig device ASAP. thanks in advance.
