Not just a launcher sir, it comprises of some other tweaks. You need to be rooted, install adw launcher, install lambo theme and finally install xposed installer. Then we can talk.

1. Yes. The Menu button notifies you on any kind of notification be it Missed calls, msg, bbm, WhatsApp etc.

2. The Metal battery has 4 mouth.

3. I don't know if another battery can be used on it, since I've not tested any.
