atbu1983: If the Affidavit has said what you stated above, he would not require a special News Conference. He claimed in 2003, 2007 and 2011 that his Wasce was Submitted to the Military board. For me, he should have applied immediately this became an issue and WASCE would have given it accelerated action. Till tomorrow. 6 Likes |

If by tomorrow buhari does not present his certificate, integrity group should file a case against him, all his entitlements should be withdrawn, He must return all d salary He collected till retirement, He must be stripped of all d ranks He ascended to, He must be sent to jail for perjury, lieing under oath. This is very shameful. I Hope d statement He will make tomorrow is about stepping down to save apc further embarrassment. 15 Likes 5 Shares |

What else has he got to say now? We are already used to the tons of lies being reeled out by him and his associates, 9am wed 21st 2015 can be no different. It's a shame that Nigeria is now been dragged to this level of mediocrity by those who want power by all means. Obama was accused of not been an American by birth and he gave access to his birth certificate for all to see, why do we not emulate the good sides of others? NOTHING SHORT OF HIM PRESENTING HIS CERTIFICATE TOMORROW WILL SUFFICE!!! 5 Likes 2 Shares |

chimchim1: And if I completed a degree program with a forged WAEC result, the university will still go ahead and award me the degree? No! Every other qualification was based on the premise he had a WAEC result, and if that is proven to be false, those certificates will be withdrawn by the institutions that awarded it in the first place. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

On a practical point, Bhuari has gone through some courses in the military that are probably more than waec but he has gotten himself entangled by making an affidavit continously saying his qualifications are with the Military board and just lately his representative said IBB took the documents during 1985 coup. It is very clear Bhuari has been lying and he knows it. Why did he not go to the military board since all this time? He may be qualified by certificates, by training or under the law BUT for so many reasons he is NOT COMPETENT and fit to be President. I don't even see him as intelligent enough when we have young and dynamic leaders like Fashola, Oshiomhole and okorocha, even Kwankwaso but he is a Fulani born to rule master. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

dhardline: Yes that is the institution that he represents and they were the one that admitted him and he rose from their to major general and head of state. But they want to ridicule their own ,who has put a lot of effort to unite the country right from the Biafra war till date and you say they cant contest tobe president of the land they re present. So all is class mates that were admitted the same year and the same time with the same qualifications who might have died in the civil wars are also ridiculed by the army, just because they want to satisfy the ruling party. The waec has been stolen in the Army office to ridicule him. |

dhardline: interpretation of ”School Certificate level or its equivalent can be found in the Constitution under part IV, Section 318. In that Section, a ”School Certificate or ot equivalent” is defined quite succinctly thus: (a) A Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent, Grade II Teacher’s Certificate, the City and Guilds Certificate; or (b) Education up to Secondary School Certificate Level; or (c) Primary Six School Leaving Certificate or its equivalent. |

PEREP: It seems you have not gone trough the constitution I will advise you to do so. with the information given by the military buhari is qualified to contest, I will advise you to quit being lazy get a copy of the constitution and read I will not do that for you. That said I have not been impressed with the campaign strategies of both parties. 1 Like |

atbu1983: This is what a lot of people don't know. The spirit of the letter of that constitution section was to prevent an out and out illiterate from coming into power. It essentially says you ''must be educated to" or above school cert or its equivalent. For a man who has attended army officer training and foreign courses, it is the height of 'illiteracy' to claim he is not qualified because they cannot find the WASC paper. The presidency is too important for us to choose people based on paper qualification. The incumbent president has a 'PhD' but does not know his left from right and has been the frequent butt of ridicules and cleverly disguised insults from other foreign leaders. We hope the press conference will lay matters to rest otherwise it is just another unnecessary distraction like the one about the man dying in office was. 1 Like |
