Not at all. The sweet taste of mango was predominant. The only thing is that you'll feel the stringiness from the aloe vera because it contains fibre.

Of course mango sweetness would prevail. Aloe Vera, though good cosmetically and medically, it tastes bitter than Tongkat Ali.

You should make Aloe Vera juice too.

Remember stuff that taste bitter usually good for health. So far i have never used Aloe Vera in cooking. Don't know if i can do that.
