Don't you know schools always have a template they imprint result on can't you see the NECO was crossed. How many years after your WAEC/NECO did you collect your original certificate? What do you have instead is it not the statement of result.

If you enter the university 1 or 2 year after secondary school and present your original SSCE certificate to the university you need to be investigated. I complete my secondary education 2000 and didn't get my certificate until 2005.

There is also a confidential result sheet which shows the result along with other students who took the exam, that is what you should be looking at.
