- Said exam was written in 1961. Therefore, first 2 digits of the Year date should begin with 19..
What was originally typed there is 20... which was struck out and 1961 written in its place.

- Secondly I don't think his photo really needs to be there. Is that how he looked in 1961? If the document is alleged to be dated 1961, what date is that photo dated? 1961? If not, why the disparity?

Like I said earlier, these are just observations.

The funny thing about this imbroglio is that its only PDP and GEJites that are shouting. INEC hasn't even demanded any certificate or come out to say he risks disqualification. PDP is just using this to win over ppl and make them doubt the general,just like they used Goodluck had no shoes 4 yrs ago to gain sympathy. I read somewhere that INEC's silence on this issue is due to a 2007 Supreme Court judgement which barred INEC from disqualifying electoral candidates.
Only the sponsoring political party and a court of competent jurisdiction can do so.

A statement of result isn't the original result sheet, but a letter by a school affirming that the said individual indeed sat for the exam.
That's why the date on the statement of result bears "20.." instead of 1961.

2. You saw 20.. which was struck out that's because

The statement of results is printed on the letter head paper of the Katsina State Ministry of Education, and it shows that the examination took place in 1961.

also the statement of result is dated 21/1/2015. see attached

3 Lastly and most important, it was said that
