just try it today... play a beat from your phone and don't bother about the rhymes when you first start rapping..
Just focus on Flow.. I swear the punchlines will come .but you have to be very sharp and fast in connecting them... if you develop a punchline with "Bed".
then your brain has to come up with 2 synonyms with bed at least....e.g pillow...sheets..sleep e.t.c.
connect and punch with it...Set ups make freestyles sting more..
that's the way I freestyle anyway... some people focus on rhyming when freestyling e.g E.g Eminem.. but it makes your lines disjointed plus you could easily stutter or choke

You shoulda used the original excerpt instead of making Kenderick Lamar look like like a wack rapper. That song was average, go and learn how to compose hooks for ya jams and stop sampling other people's ideas - plus stop encroachinh on my territory before you lose all ya limbs.
