The judiciary going back to work has nothing to do with Buhari. Even at that, only a fool will go to court to ask a military General to produce his secondary school certificate. 2 Likes |

For three weeks, the workers effectively closed down all courts nationwide following the refusal of the executive to comply with a judgment of a Federal High Court, Abuja which ordered the executive to hands off funds meant for the judiciary. JUSUN's President, Marwa Adamu said the workers decided to go on an indefinite strike because the executive did not comply with the agreement reached with the union to comply with the judgment of the court on judiciary funding. The real story here is that Jonathan's government caused a three week strike of judiciary workers by refusing to comply with a legitimate court order given by the Federal High Court, Abuja. This current government has again proven itself to be lawless. The only way this concerns Buhari is that he will now be able to go forward with his lawsuit against FFK for slander. |
