Jonathan cannot even compare himself with the Shagari government. He has set a new low for government performance. Even in his speech, he encourages the corruption that is bleeding the country dry. NECO /JAMB mass failures and yet no one is talking about the health of the education sector, but he is happy to build more schools (oops apparently they're universities) that will still operate in the same morass. At least he was a lecturer (they say), so he should appreciate the importance of quality in education not just quantity.

Those are projections- which means it an estimated guess based on certain parameters which may arguably include foreign exchange earnings from oil exports which are currently not realistic.
