If you are sincere to yourself about needing help you will follow the following advice I'll give you,although its like a bitter pill.First thing first realise that God is our creator and the creator of all things seen and unseen.As he created human beings so also has he created characteristics and feelings.He has perfect control over all things.He brought us here and he has given instructions about how we can achieve a peaceful and healthy life here in this world but our intellect is our only problem.He created sex and has guided us on how to deal with it but are we ready to follow that guidance.

Hello dear, you can never quench your desire for sex, you can't pray I away because it is a life force in us installed by God Himself. What you can do is to control your mind by;
1. Giving it something to be actively engaged with
2. Focus on the things that do not let your mind dwell on satisfying sex urge
3. Look for someone that knows how to control sex urge and emulate the person

If you can do these 3 things, you might even forget that it's time for you to marry, and if you eventually do, it wouldn't be just because of sex!
