@op,, there's nothing wrong with what you are doing , it shows you are perfectly normal , don't mind the people shouting here , many of them do things that are far worse , just make sure you protect yourself and by all means , have sex regularly , it helps clear your mind and makes u focus better on the task at hand , we all pay for sex one way or the other ( the recharge cards, the Brazilian hair , the night calls , the expensive dinners... What do you know about life and destiny. That is the problem we have in Africa too much superstition and very little analysis. Yes everyone is entitled to their opinions but let us not pass off stupid opinions as some kind of divine injunctions

Once you get understanding of that you have to develop healthy ways of mood regulation the best of which for many is physical activity. Its a good thing you accept that you have a problem half of the problem is solved already by this realisation.
I assume you are sincere about getting a solution, so here it goes you have to first truely repent and ask God to forgive you. Secondly you have to replace the through of sex in your head with other profitable things, the reason you want sex always is because you always think about sex. I would suggest that yo go past reading the bible to meditation on the what you read for say an hour a day, by meditation I mean saying the word to yourself and thinking of the word. Thirdly you need to do what you have meditated on act on the word I.e don't commit fornication or join yourself with a harlot. Meditating makes doing the word easier. Fourthly you need to stay away from ever person, place, material, gadget that feeds you with the thought of sex. I would have advised you get married but if your wife travels and you have a urge will you then go to a harlot? You have to control your emotions and not let your emotions control you and the only way to do that is by renewing your mind with the word of God. Your body is the temple of God and you defile that temple when you sleep around have this thought anytime the sex though comes further more the bible say wat so ever you do word or did do it to the glory of God so wen ever you drop your pant just say God im doing this to your glory. 6. Join a bible believing word based pentecostal church, be active , join a department, attend all services. if possible appear in God's sanctuary daily and see what He will turn u into. He said draw near to me and I will draw near to you. You dont know who you are until you discover God's purpose for ur life.
Trust God with ur life cos He made u and there is no man dat loves you as much as He does. He said come to me all ye dat labour and are heavy laden and I will give u rest. There is enjoyment in Christ , much more plenty dan the world can offer.
Try God and You will surely testify.
