That will only mean Boko Haram has more intelligence and tactical ability over your tag tag Army.
that doesnt mean BH has more intelligence and tactical ability than the NA.it simply mean that they also have a modicum of intelligence and tactical analysis.

Hell, I am sure upon closer inspection, we'd find tooth fairies and little sprites in the mix.
you can decisively discard your sinister promonitions where the sun doesnt shine.the fight against boko haram is more complex than anything the SANDF has ever confronted.

How does the answer to that question change the fact that the Nigerian military's efforts were defeated by cows? Not even sophisticated weapons were needed to thwart the advance of the military. Just cows. grin

It is confirmed that SA former special forces and other highly trained SA soldiers are currently secretly training rag tag Nigerian military in Nigeria. The minister of defence is ordering for their arrest on their return.

@agaugust must just bury his head on the sand to see that our people are training Nigerians

And what could be more complex than fighting a Boko Haram that is being aided and abated by all the angels of the heavens and demons of the most infernal of hells?

They ride unicorns carrying pitchforks and things. Boko Haram has foreign aid no doubt.

Nigerian troops are trained by the elites who trained US special forces, teaching them how to survive on harsh conditions. The mighty SA special force brigade.

So what? Where does it say its a fairy tale?

You are day dreaming. Defense review is endorsed by the constitution and failure to pass it would mean failure to honour constitutional obligations.

Did the artical say they were permanently grounded?

Or did it say they were grounded pending their maintenance paperwork being sorted out?

Its a pity you have to resort to manipulation of the facts in your vain attempt to prove a point

Can you provide proof to show they are now air worthy?

I don't understand you been emotional.

Denel is not a private defence company

Sandf is not broke, and neither is our government

Nigeria Procured 10 CH-3 armed drones and 4 camcopter drones.

SANDF is broke. This is a statistical fact.

Don't be delusional, insurgents are constantly been killed by the Nigerian military.

You should deploy to save your own citizens first. 69 dead yesterday, another 69 would be murdered today, same thing tomorrow.

You don't have an insurgency but by years end, 25,185 south-Africans would have been murdered by December 31st 2015.

There are no foreign boots ... African, American, European, or Asian on the grounds here, whether national military or mercenary forces! That is a fact that your news agencies cannot twist! I am wondering what South Africa's fixation is with regards to Nigeria! cool cool cool Sad that while the NA is tasting military action and growing our COIN capabilities ... all you can show is well choreographed military photos?

I leave you with this ... from your source:

==========

When contacted yesterday, the Nigeria Defence spokesman Major General Chris Olukolade said, "It is well known that terrorism being an international and trans/cross border menace calls for the involvement of all well meaning countries all over the world."

He added that: "In this case I'm only aware of partner countries whose activities have been mainly in the form exchange of ideas and support to ongoing training activities."

Olukolade also said: "The conduct of Nigeria's counter terrorism campaign remains exclusively an all Nigerian troops affairs. This is the much I know and can discuss."
