E Modified After reading all that came to my mouth was "God please save Nigeria" Since 2006 you could not complete a project and you blame it on the federal government Which way Nigerians Though I hate to resort to insults. But I must say this CHANGE people are so dumb. A serious matter like this is being discussed and all u can say is chant change. I laugh these our ignorant youths. Someone couldn't complete a project in over 7 years. Not even a phase has been completed that lagosians can use. Then he is blaming the federal govt. Do y'all even know d yearly budget of lagos. What is the legacy project of fashola? I must say fashola is over hyped. Did he perform better than Godswill akpabio? Or which of the other southwest governors performed better than mimiko in ondo state. Buharists should improve on their knowledge and stop exhibiting their ignorance. No wonder most of our youths and graduates are unemployable. The way they think makes me wanna puke 11 Likes |

arresa: Lagos IGR over 200 billion Niaria. Akwa Ibom about 16 billion Naira. My only criticism of Akpabio is he got his best friend GEj funding all of his projects. Got the highest federal allocation in the nation. I doubt he would have transformed Akwa Ibom without the help of the federal government. IF the federal government provided the same type of support to Lagos, most of the projects would have been completed by now. Just look at the National stadium in Lagos. The plan was to hand it over to LASG in 2012, we are now in 2015. The place is now occupied by prostitutes and drug dealers. Meanwhile Akwa Ibom is getting a new stadium. 1 Like |

BlackTechnology:I tell ya This is a huge fraud of the century coming from this APC camp - Imagine after borrowing millions and embezzling the people's money and claiming to use it for a white elephant project the mofo is now saying that they can't complete the damn project . So, my question is who pays for the total overhead cost for a project that has not been completed and put into use? Who pays for the interest over time that this frauds called APC has just unleashed on the hard working Lagosians? Was this not the same unholy alliance they made with Amaechi over his wayo monorail and the end game is to loot their various states dry in other to float a mega party that can win elections. IS THIS THE CHANGE WE WANT? I hope you guys are aware that the company that is building Rivers State Amaechi's wayo monorail belongs to Tinubu who was said to have a huge interest in the total contract that was awarded. rozayx5: Akwa Ibom gets over 13% of oil derivation from the FG because it is an oil producing state with a smaller population than Lagos... I think it's quite unfair to compare the two states because their method of income generation and expenditures are different.... Yes, Lagos generates the highest IGR in the country but also has the highest number of civil servants on its payroll... The large population of Lagos will also put more strains on infrastructure than that of Akwa Ibom.... Oga Rozay, Pls be objective in your criticism and also put things into perspective.... |

saintandsinnerz:You have not made any point, federal government is in charge of electricity? Lagos and Rivers are the richest states in Nigeria? OBj with held funds meant for lagos for more than 2 years?Lagos increased its internally generated revenue from 600million to billions per month? So whats your point ? |

aku626: Truth be told Lagos doesn't need FG's help for nothing it wants to do. I bet if they'd completed the rail it would have been "toll'd". With all the taxes collected by Lagos I'm ashamed. The federal roads are still better than th state roads Fashola is just a scam. Ma brother please go & make a proper research about Gidi before you saying what you don't know. olas24u: The administration that held back Lagos funds was run by the same OBASANJO you and your party heroes are currently worshipping as your "Navigator". So get this - Not only are you pushing to crown the SAME man who killed Jakande's metro rail project as your president, you are also worshipping the SAME guy who held back Lagos funds (and threatened the well-being of 18 million people) as your current NAVIGATOR. Stockholm Syndrome or plain old Stupidity? You decide. 22 Likes 4 Shares |

I have a lot of interest on that failed rail project as it has to do with my investment in that region. Those criminals and fraudsters mess it up by failing to deliver their campaign promises.
