The same way you can clone a mac address of a network card to various other computers, that's the same way you can hack a poll because all the software does it generate random ip's right or not and post them to the database. There is nothing in between to check the authenticity - that's why it's a hack...

Can you substantiate this claim? And link it with why a computer that voted Buhari also voted Jonah. Are the two machines found the hacking simultaneously? One on PDP side and the other on APC side.
