This is a standard letter issued to everyone who has paid their land use charge for the year running.

He should produce the subsequent land use charge running till 2014.

Agbaje is just acting clueless like GEJ. I Saw one of his advert regarding the Lekki-Ikoyi Bridge despite commenting the positive effect of the bridge in solving traffic problems in that area. He also said without due analysis that the bridge project cost 84 times more.

I saw an advert for Jimi Agbaje's campaign where he made the claim that the Lekki-Ikoyi bridge cost 84 times the global benchmark for road construction. So I decided to do a little research.

I did a conversion of the cost of the Lekki-Ikoyi bridge into dollars using the exchange rate as at the date of commissioning. N29billion = $171million. At a length of 1.36 km the cost per kilometre is $125million.
The Lekki-Ikoyi bridge is a cable stayed bridge by the way, the first of its kind in Nigeria.

I did a comparison of the Incheon bridge in South Korea which was commissioned 4 years earlier in 2009. The total length is 21.38 km and it cost $2.27billion. That is a cost per kilometre of $106million.

So in summary:

Lekki-Ikoyi bridge - $125million/km
Incheon bridge in South Korea - $106million/km

So the Lekki-Ikoyi bridge costs Lagos 1.17 times the cost of the Incheon bridge. If it were to cost 84 times the cost of comparable bridges using Incheon as as example it would have cost $12billion instead of the $171million it actually cost. That is a whopping N2trillion!

Before you believe what any politician tells you, please do some fact checking yourself. The Lekki-Ikoyi bridge was built by Julius Berger, the same company that built the Kubwa Express way in Abuja and is also building the Lagos-Ibadan expressway (both Federal roads).

So Jimi Agbaje either lied or his people didn't do their homework properly. The Lekki-Ikoyi bridge did not cost 84 times comparable bridges in other parts of the world.

Myopism is ur case ! ''Although he founded JayKay Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Agbaje left the directorship of the company in 2006, and this is on record with the state. He is no longer involved in the running of the company. And today, he is not even an Executive Director.
Agbaje as a person has got no bizness with Jaykay Pharmacy

God help us

Why is he still going around claiming to be the MD of Jay Kay pharmacy then?

Cable styled kini? Let me treat your fooork up for you. That bridge aint no suspension type nothing. It is pure cosmetics. It is not a real suspension bridge. The "cables" are there for decoration. Ask any civil engineer. Google suspension bridges and compare yourself

To the idiots and jobless people complaining about the date - we now know the people who haven't been paying land use. If you did/do, you will realize that the date is correct since your own letter will also read January 30.

If this is for the company, it will be addressed to the company and their address will be there. They should bring the one for the company out.

Obviously, Fashola with his utterances these few months has shown that he is not in any way an intelligent man.

Jimi has now provided not only evidence of tax payment but an appreciation letter singling him for his prompt payments.

That aside, a delay in tax payments is not the same thing as tax evasion.
You mean the one dated 30th January 2015. Don't forget today is 29th January. God help us. Falsification of documents by someone who is fighting for the post of a governor. What If he becomes the governor, He is going to falsify Lagos State itself.

1. You really someone that wants to forge will not know the date? Or will purposely leave out something that could undermine their purpose?.
2. Jimi Agbaje is no longer responsible for JK pharmaceuticals, if you think they evade tax, go to the company and look for the person that is responsible for JK pharmaceuticals.
3. He put the tax commendation for his residence because that's what he is responsible for. To prove he is an upright, honest, and credible citizen of Lagos.

Why does he still refer to himself as the managing Director of the pharmacy on his official website? He can't claim to be the MD one minute and then when it longer suits him he wants to claim he has had nothing to do with the running if the pharmacy since 2006 ?

That shows he is not an honest or credible person

Is Jaykay not a limited liability company?

Yes, it is a private limited liability company. Are you aware of why Directors of companies are culpable for any act committed by the business? Because they are the highest level of management (strategic managers). That is why Adenuga answers for Glo, Subomi still answers for FCMB etc.

Governments don't send feedbacks about a company to the house of the owners. They address and send it to the company directly.

This is for his private residence. Mr. Agbaje should not try to lie

The man clearly stated that he left the directorship of the company since 2006, he is not even the executive director. If you understand company law very well, you will know that nothing concerns him with the taxation of the company.

Governor Fashola and the APC,i think they all ran out of ideas because they looked around and found no fault in a man who has a clean record,a man of integrity,a man who is articulate,a man very constructive and clear headed. This is a man who built a business from no foundation to a big company,a man that never has is hand stained unlike Fashola who claim to be A SAN and as no Chamber and Ambode who claims to be Chartered accountant and accountant general of the state who cannot read and interpret figures a dumbfounded person that could not even know that it was 1.5% on the budget on education was expended on vocational education at a debate held at ikeja ,weather APC like it or not,NA JIMI AGBAJE I GO VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
