In the last 4yrs i have seen the most remarkable improvement in our educational sector since 1999. If Buhari is yet to notice this improvement means our educational sector will experience a serious downfall if he is being elected. Jonathan deserves a second term. He performed well.

I totally disagree with Buhari's view. My junior brother is presently schooling at one of the new university and honestly the standard in that university is far better than some old ones. All i have been seeing from Buhari's campain is just propaganda, without talking anything about his own plans. For this i have made up my mind to vote Jonathan.

Sentiments apart, this schools jonathan keeps claiming he built are just glorified secondary schools!
These schools are nothing to write home about when compared to standard schools!
But all in all even if it was for votes, he still did it which is applaudable.. But not good enough..

Yes, children........he built none....BECAUSE in 1984...the economy was in a mess thanks to the actions of Shagari and company....and also thanks to the fall in oil prices.So Nigeria was BROKE, and could not even build anything new.

But as chairman of PTF....he was responsible for funding education construction and facility projects in many of our universities...and other institutions.

Try harder next time

More schools built....and no commensurate increase in funding?(Recipe for disaster).

A failure by the govt to accept that we may need to increase fees to make up the shortfall in funding?

And now...oil prices are falling.Where is the money coming to improve or to continue funding the schools?

The same govt that failed to address the issues raised by the ASUP and ASUU strikes?

You Nigerians.....your education system is in a mess. Better face the fact.
