War can not make things better in this country. Let's sheath our swords and embrace peace for a better tomorrow for the coming generations. Why not pray to God for His divine intervention. Remember, one day you shall give account to your creator. A word is enough for the wise. |

The Mexican train uses electricity for Gods sake. The Nigerian train you see there uses diesel. It is a locomotive. Locomotives are used all over the world especially in the USA for long distance haulage and passenger transportation. Every country has its unique transportation requirements. Nigeria needs locomotive trains for now. It will be silly to procure electric trains. Please lets not deny the fact (even if it is only the good thing this government has done) that it has woken up the comatose rail sector. But ofcourse some negative people will never see anything good Jonathan has done meanwhile they close their eyes to Falasha and ameachi's elusive metro line that they have been constructing for years and billions poured into yet nothing. GEJ is working! spott: 2 Likes |

appini:ibo's obsession with lagos is making them wish the militants will attack it. When they attacked atlas cove in lagos, they were really warned never to try hitting yoruba land again, a warning they adhered to. 1 Like |

Honestly,I pity MASSOB and Ohanaeze. Igbos will be the greatest casualities if anything happens to Nigeria. Instead of them to be on the neutral side, they are supporting the militants. Ijaws have nothing to loose if a war starts in Nigeria. Igbo lives must not be used as sacrifice to please an Ijaw man. Ndi Igbo, kpa cha unu anya!! 7 Likes |

On the title, OPC never back the militants. Gani Adam said they are entitled to their opinions. Don't drag OPC to the issue. 3 Likes |

If you do not allow people to paste his campaign posters, you burn his campaign buses, you harasses any body who try to discuss about him, you threat any body who wish to vote for him,you stone him and his convoy, you abuse him the way you like, and you instigate children to disdain him, and Upton all this you expect him to give you a credible free and fare election that will be devoid of rigging .what an irony ! |

Similarly, the Oodu’a Peoples Congress said the recent attacks on Jonathan’s campaign train in the northern part of the country made the militants to rise in the President’s defence. The National Coordinator, OPC, Mr. Gani Adams, said, “They are entitled to their opinion. There are different ways of approaching the election. They spoke based on the attacks on Jonathan in Katsina and Bauchi. When some politicians wanted to frustrate (former President Olusegun) Obasanjo in 2002, we (OPC) rose up to confront them.” Still dont know how the OPC support the militant empty threat. 1 Like |

Jesus take the wheel! I strongly condemn any group( whether my late father founded it or my mother is leading it) that is heating up this already blazing hot polity and drumming the war drums. I cannot associate with such group(s). We are civilised enough as a country to be able to tackle our differences without bloodshed or violence. This election must be free, fair and without violence. Buhari should take care of the violence side. He started it all, he should end it for the sake of a united country |
