Aftermath Of PDP Presidential Rally In PH - Housekeeping Required by realborn(m): 9:45am On Feb 02, 2015 |
PDP should please make efforts to clean up the environs of the Adoke Amiesimaka Stadium after the rally. It is 5 days now and the refuse remains an eyesore. This somewhat justifies Amaechi's refusal to grant PDP use of the facility. Some of us berated his actions at the time, but think otherwise now. 2 Likes

It's actually the duty of the state sanitation agency to do the cleaning. 5 Likes 1 Share |

I tot it was the duty of A FEE CEE (APC) goons to sweep the area after PDP rallies. Don't we have APC members in Rivers State again. This is a serious issue for the big wigs of APC o. 9 Likes 2 Shares |

vinacy: Really? At tax payers expense? To what extent will a political party mess up a facility for it to become the party's responsibility to clean the mess? 1 Like |

realborn: What's the PDP supposed to do? Isn't there a state agency charged with sanitation of public institutions? Is it the APC that cleaned the stadium after their own rally? Don't start what you can't finish @real born. 1 Like |

APContherun: Normally expenses for clearing of the facility are charged with the rent but since the state govt did not approve the use of the stadium before PDP forcefully used the stadium without paying a dime as rent to the state govt it is the duty of the PDP to clean the stadium and the environment. 2 Likes |

How will a sane person ask the state govt agencies to clean the stadium when the facility was not approved for the rally by the state govt? The stadium was forcefully occupied by the PDP and they shouldn't even wait to be told before they clean up the facility they used free of charge without paying a dime. I know some dickheads and apostles of lawlessness will disagree with this but my message to them is to jump into the nearest ocean and continue their transformation in the belly of a shark. 3 Likes |

APContherun: Please elucidate on this phrase "don't start what you can't finish". Are you not concerned that a government facility has been left unkept after use by a party with no efforts by anyone to clean the mess? Are you unaware that rents are to be paid by organizations for use of public facilities, and it is from such rents that the facilities are maintained? Did the PDP make requisite payment to the State government after the forceful use of the facility? If yes, then we blame the State government. If no, then PDP should arrange for clean up! 2 Likes |
