Okupe is dreaming big but it is allowed. However, we need to note that his prediction shows that of a party gradually coming to terms with reality on the grounds which indicates that the election is Buhari's to lose.

By admitting that PDP can only win by 2 to 4 million of popular votes, PDP within themselves already know that they have lost the election. That win of 2 to 4 million of popular votes suggests that, by their own calculation, they cannot win 2/3 of the states which is 25 states (including FCT). According to this prediction, PDP wins only in 22 states which falls short of the required 25. This is a big sign for the Jonathanians on this forum to know that PDP cannot win this election fairly because they can't win or get the % he has claimed in the following states:

1. Lagos - max PDP gets is 40%

2. Osun - max they get is 30%

3. Oyo - max they get is between 30 and 40%

4. Ondo - A very close call but leaning GMB

5. Ekiti - PDP might win here but can't be more than 60%

6. How can PDP win in Adamawa, Kaduna, Jigawa, Taraba, Kogi, Ogun or Kwara (or even get those % in these states)?

Yes, over bloated for GEJ in SS/SE deliberately. He is not even guaranteed a win in Edo and Ekiti as I have purposely given to him.

If GMB loses any votes as a result of not debating, those votes will be very insignificant at the end of the day. He lost no votes because of the certificate issue. Only those bigoted people tried to make issues out of it. The reasonable ones knew it was not an issue.

You're wrong. Okupe insinuates that PDP will win by 2 to 4 million votes overall. Now, that's a clear sign that they know they have lost the election because me and you know that they cannot get 40% votes in those northern states let alone 50% in Kaduna or Borno.

He said with 60-65% turnout the president will win the POPULAR votes of between 2-4million, meaning he'll win the states that has between 2-4 million votes and with that put together he is sure to win the election

I have it from a friend [PDP] who confirmed to me last week that GMB has really gain lots of ground in SE compared to what we witnessed in 2011. He said the least GMB would get in the zone will be 35% overall if the election is to be free and fair. He even posited 80% overall win for GMB based on series of political changes that has been going on in that zone in the past 2years.

In summary GEJ will be very fortunate to get 40% overall vote come 14th of this month
