6. Fast and Speed Rail; Not the Locomotive on displace( you get the scrap free in Europe), I am not talking about Bullet Trains; But Fast and Light Speed Rail across the major State Capitals of the Country.
7. Unemployment Insurance Policy of upto N250,000 Annually for all Unemployed Graduate for 3 Years until the desired Jobs in any Sector of the Nigerian Economy is available.
8. A Loan Scheme for Small Businesses that accommodate well over $5 Trillion for all Small Businesses with Capacity to Grow and support the growth initiative of the Nigerian State.
9. Create a ICT Bank and Infastructure almost like the Silicon Valley of the Nigerian State on the Next Generation Software that will influence the next debate on Nations building and growth.
10. Lastly; Fight Corruption and tackle accountability of Federal Government officials at all Levels to encourage the Nigerian Peoples interest in Governance...

Obasanjo embezzled power sector funds, only GEJ has made meaningful effort at revamping the comatose power sector. And this is a capital intensive projects.

sincerely speaking electricity distribution and availability is improving far better that what we used to have before. Like in my place I used to rely on power bank to charge my phones almost everyday, but the situation has changed now. For the past two months I don't remember to charge the power bank because electricity is now available for at least 4 -7 hours per day. This is an improvement on its previous availability of 0 - less than 2 hours per day. I think that is an improvement, and with time it can increase and become more stable.

I know one thing for sure GEJ and OBJ are both failures, between 1999 - 2007 OBJ squandered $16 billion in his giagantic power projects that supposedly entered the Guinness Book of Records as the biggest power project any country could ever embark upon. To help you understand how daft all the folks who have ran this country are, I recently bumped into a news on CCTV about Ethiopia's Grand Renaissance Dam, and I then checked it online.

The dam costs the govt. of Ethiopia $4.8 billion and it has an Installed capacity of 6,000 MW, well it's being constructed at a record time of 6 years and it is the biggest hydroelectric project in Africa currently.

If one extrapolates this to Nigeria, this project would be estimated to take 20 years and will never be completed. My point is all these past and present rulers are all failures. GEJ is the latest failure and has earned it real good. He had 6 years and should have corrected the power woes of Nigeria. I've critically looked at the power infrastructures we currently have and the privatization drive, we won't have stable power in the next 6 years, my earnest forecast, especially looking at the body language of politicians in Nigerians and how projects are being executed. Someone has to now accumulate the power expenditures under GEJ's 6 years to understand how much of a waste we have endured in this country, they run in billions of dollars.

For a country like Nigeria and all the wealth at its disposal, crude oil sales et al, we deserve a whole lot. It's like a rich friend sending $1 million to another friend in the US to get him an exotic car, his friend ships down a Honda Discussion Continues and tells his friend back in Nigeria to bear with him that it is the best he can with that amount. Just think about it!!
