Why are you APC supporters all ranting? Tell your governors not to settle out of court. They should provide EVIDENCE, FACTS, that all FG asked for. Don't you think if the account exist your governors will provide details? Every month they share excess money on crude instead of saving for raining days. Now that oil price has crashed they are now crying. 1 Like |

Jonathan government will deny anything including his father's name. Is it not the government that came to deny the APC's allegation of its plan to postpone the election? Is only a fool that still believes the falsehood that has characterised jonathan's government. 5 Likes 1 Share |

pendy79: It's obvious all you want to see/hear about this government is bad news, that's why you don't search for truth to confirm before you conclude. who are you to talk about sense when you have none? Give it up, there's nothing you can do to GEJ with that temporary voters card in your hands. Settle with your life first man. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Jonathan is the worst president this country has ever known. He is in contention for the world's most useless president. May those who support this administration in its determination to wreck Nigeria live to regret their decision. 2 Likes |

The entire economic management team are already gearing up to handover. I'm sure they're hoping GMB stays true to his word not to pursue past corruption cases - for this scale of theft/stealing (not corruption), GMB would not be breaking his word if he chases them to the north pole since stealing is not corruption. 1 Like |

Never believe this man GEJ can go this length, after I had no shoe campaign that time, was thinking things would be a bit better more than before, but the clock is backward. How come an incumbent president would be stressing so hard for re-election, it's obvious that every angle you look into in that government is corrupt. So Sorry for situations we are in right now, may God see us thru. 3 Likes |

As far as am concerned, the Federal Government, the 36 states and 774 councils all share from the excess crude account. The opposition delibrately lied when when giving impression that the "Federal Government squandered" the money, knowing full well that the money is shared by all tiers of Government. It was public knowledge that the governors went to court seeking a declaration that the excess crude account is illegal. However to address the power crisis in the country, the National Economic Council, made up of all governors and chaired by the vice-president,agreed that the sum of $4.6bn be withdrawn from excess crude acount to finance the National Integrated Power Projects(NIPP),Niger Delta Power Projects, amd Mambilla Power Projects. This was widely reported in the media. This can not be classified as squandering, except we have become cynical that any government expenditure at all-including paying salaries -amounts to squandering. Felow NLs check the source of the news and alegation its NATION and opposition. They are ill wind that blows nobody goods. |

fandango: Chairman, the majority of the governors are PDP governors and not "opposition governors". The Federal goverment cannot in one breath tell us that they are sharing money from an "Excess Crude Account", then now go to court and say there is no such excess crude account. 4 Likes |

The FGN is trying to be smart. They have renamed the account to be Sovereign Wealth Fund and this has constitutional backing. It's just a play on semantics. The 1b was withdrawn from the ECA to fund the SWF. These governors are the reason why we don't have much savings from the high price of crude. Hungry and selfish things. |

this goes to show we have fraudsters in government. unrepentant ones at that. nothing good comes out of this administration. for anything clothed as good or nice by this administration, believe me, stripping it naked will reveal horrifying things. when we look into the amounts plunged in the so called aviation reform, railway reform, the few rehabilitated roads, u will pass into a comatose state. change is overdue. the clock is ticking. elections must hold on 14th. we must decide and we must tell these thieves that power belongs to God and that the voice of the people is the voice of God. our vote is our power. 2 Likes |
