Nobody has a right to refuse tithe except it is from an illicit source. Although tithe is the income of the man of God, it is not his decision whether toc ollect it or not. It is God's right, his entitlement and if you refuse to collect then you have stopped the person from fulfilling his duty to God, constricting the blessing of God on the person.
