Preferably a 3 or 4 bedroom duplex.

A mini duplex should be possible with 5m without purchasing land from the 5million.

are you for real?. N5M for a duplex? am very sure you are not going to use Cement and Iron for this duplex.

You can start a duplex with that and then make a commitment of putting a certain amount every year. I built my duplex in the village over a 4-year period and even though i moved in December last year, there are still some little things i still want to do on it.
