Yes o. They've now shared PVC across areas with low collection. Am in lagos now and I got mine today. Lagos state govt and lagos INEC branch purposely ignored those areas with more igbo(non-yorubas) settlement to disenfranchise them cos they know they'll vote PDP. Haha but God pass them
