Revolution:And you don't find it weird and disturbing that a vice presidential party flagbearer candidate was being arm twisted by some elements to achieve whatever they were planning? Nairaland is really exposing how you guys in the South West think - I never believed that most of you guys are this dumb but thank God for nairaland . 7 Likes |

If Buhari like let him win the election but definitely without my vote, my vote is my right and I will use it to tell him that i don't trust his kind of change. The difference between 99 and 100 is that significant 1(one). MY VOTE!!!. 2 Likes |

How is the hierarchy set up in Nigeria. If a VP dies or resigns, who becomes VP. Does the President get to appoint or is the speaker of the house next in line? |

Eluwilussit: Buhari is just the beginning of better leaders to come under apc, fashola nd rochas time will come but for now we need buhari to restore sanity. Pls dnt mention tambuwal nd d rest, also don't ever compare GEJ with GMB. Buhari is a better leader than jona anytime anyday. 2 Likes |

Jarus:When has it become normal for a particular party that screams "change" to be asking one of their own to commit perjury?.......Even if the event happened 10 yrs ago it is still something that should be properly questioned by the people - How would you feel if you were told that the woman that lives with you nearly killed her first husband by poisoning his food and you didn't know all this while?.....You'd be startled on how on earth you ended up with such an individual , unless you're a complete m0ron. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Here2BustnScrew: You people should stop reasoning like ILLITERATE CLOWNS! The Constitution has a process in place for any elected office holder who "steps-down"... TO BE REPLACED. It goes from President => Vice President => Senate Leader => e.t.c Where does Tinubu fit into all these.....or has he been elected Senate Leader? 1 Like |

rozayx5:. Can you imagine how they censored AND CLOSED the thread that summarised Buhari's dictatorship regime? Have APC Bought Nairaland like Sahara Reporters now? Why this open pro-APC/Buhari bias? Who is afraid of verifiable truth? Is this not an attempt to give advantage to APC like Jega is doing with targeted non-distribution of PVC to pro-GEJ areas? Do we the people who make NAIRALAND whatever it is be denied simple truth that many of us even witnessed years back? Seun, if you were GEJ, would you have signed FOI bill? There is something we must all realise. Manipulating the public to achieve a certain outcome is unpatriotic & a huge disservice to Nigeria and unborn generations. It doesn't matter who wins as long as IT IS THE WILL OF MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE IF GENUINELY FREE & FAIR. If everyone had the chance to vote. 3 Likes |

genearts: Well, this is the beauty of democracy. I don't mean to sound pompous but I am too civilized to sit with Buhari in a democratic setting. He committed a crime against the Nigerian state. It is an unpardonable crime. A dead Jonathan is a better democrat and patriot than a living Coupist. Please bear with me, I believe in discipline and order. At this rate, I will prefer anybody to Buhari. I do not subscribe to the same standard as everyone else. I say no to coupist. I say no to the old brigade. I say no to political vagabonds. 2 Likes |

Plenty people with head but no brains. Even if Buhari dies and VP is forced to resign, according to the constitution Tinubu can never become president without a fresh election. This is nothing but a cheap attempt to cause controversy but whether you goats like it or not, Nigerians have decided, it's going to be the clueless GEJ or the experienced Buhari, take it or leave it! |

I'll sue pdp to court for false allegations. They might just edit the video or photoshopped it and release it to public in order to win people's mind. Dat evidence is not strong enough. Let them call pastor Tunde Bakare if he really said so. I cant believe this deceptive story. 1 Like 1 Share |

genearts: What has Buhari achieved in the last 29 years? What did he achieve without quota system? How did Buhari even come into the equation? You don't become a leader by quota. That's exactly why we are where we are as a people. If you know about our history, most of the leaders we had were not there because they were qualified. The great men like Awo never ruled nigeria because of nepotism. Was Shagari half as qualified as Awo or Zik? No. Is Buhari more qualified than Fash or Duke? No. So why don't we get it right, right now? Why didn't APC come up with a genuine alternative? The answer is simple. Politics. It's about wrestling power from the opposite party. It is about looting our national treasury. It is never about genuine change. What APC has given us is not change. It is unbelievable that we are even discussing Buhari in this day and age. I am ashamed as a nigerian. True. 5 Likes |

Bakare has said this issue so many times.i wonder why folks here have refused to be objective about simple issues. Is it proper to sign a pact of resignation before even assuming a a position you are qualified for.Let it be known that APC and her people will go to any unholy length to secure power.Nigerians be warned, vote wisely |
