There is nothing wrong with that, will not do your application any harm.

Sir i just got back from teleperformance and with all gladness in my heart i say a really huge thank you to you sir.

VISA GRANTED!!!

i really cannot be grateful enough to you for all your advice every step of the way of my reapplication. What kind of prayer would be able to express fully the level of gratitude my heart feels right now?

God bless @Justwise
God Keep @Justwise
God please just grant @Justwise every single desire of his heart.

Its like a dream now. I remember how pissed i was and how this man just advised on the best steps to take towards getting the visa.
Now i have it

God bless you massively for everything sir.
...i still cant believe it.

Oh, how I detest this very question.
Why not let him enjoy his moment instead of bothering him to write down the list of the documents that have been enlisted over and over and over again?
This is a lazy person's question, someone who want others to do the hard works for them.

CASE STUDY

I am a permanent UK resident. I have three kids living in Nigeria. My annual income is around £17,000. Unfortunately because I did not meet the minimum income threshold I have decided not to apply for settlement visa for the Kids .
I have visited the kids twelve times in the last 6 years and on each visit I will spend at least one month with them. My employer are not happy at the frequency at which I take time off work. I stand the chance of losing my job if this should continue. At the moment am looking for a second job so that I cant meet up with the minimum income threshold because I want the kids to live with me here in the UK .
In the meantime ,before I get another job , I am thinking of inviting the kids to visit me during the school long vacation which are normally between Mid-july until Mid-September. I think if the kids can visit me atleast once in year until am able to bring them on settlement visa I can still keep my job safe.
I have all the documentation to prove that I can accommodate them without recourse to public fund while they are on holiday . In my layman opinion , they qualify for Visiting visa . Pls enlighten me if am wrong.

ADVICE NEEDED;

Is it against immigration rule that the children who are meant to be applying for settlement decided to apply for another visa category.
Is there Any body with a similar experience , pls share it with me and what do you think are the chances of the kids getting the visiting visa

Getting a visa will be difficult because of your salary, the trip will cost you more than 3months of your salary and that is not good.

Though you have about 700K in your savings but that takes your about 3yrs to save.

That said...you can still give it a go, who knows it may work out.

Thanks a lot sir, I appreciate your quick responses. Actually I have started reading this page from the beginning and on page 30 or thereabout now. Although I have learnt a lot to aid a successful application. We haven't really concluded our list. Below are what I think we need. Pls correct where necessary.
My husband's personal act( he's the one sponsoring the trip)
His company act
Birth certificate
Company certificate of incorporation
9. Company past letters of contract awards.
Marriage certificate
Family pictures
Evidence of land
My own business registration papers and tax
Our nysc certificates
Evidence of cars
Letter of permission from d kids school
Hotel reservation
Airline booking
I guess that's all we gathered. Addition or subtraction will be welcomed.
Another important question: presently we are filling the online form for my husband in which he has included the three of us to accompany him. Is that all we need or we have to apply separately as 4 individuals.

Yes, "he was helped with advice by someone" as the forum is to help people, but you aren't asking him for advice, rather you are giving him the unnecessary labour to write the list of the documents for you even though the information is easily accessible by a simple seach as they have been written over and over and over again. That is not cool.

Ok, they are really young and can not travel alone.

Were they born in the UK and moved back to Nigeria?

You should be able to invite them for holiday with requirements met.

Tax certificate is missing in your list.

If your kids have their own passports then you need to make separate application for each.

Hi, this might be the silliest question asked on here but bare with me,

I haven't received an email informing me my passport is ready for collection but on the Teleperformance website it states its ready for collection.

Does it mean I've been refused? everyone I know gets an email.

Pls I need advice on how to resolve this problem. My hubby, son and myself intend to travel to the UK for our next vacation and we already created an application but we didn't realize we had to have 3 separate applications for the 3 of us and we only found out when we got to teleperformance today for the appointment we booked in my husband's name. Now we have to go back and create 2 more applications for my self and my son but the problem is getting a new appointment date for my husband so that we can all go together for the biometrics, there's no provision for updating the appointment on his application because we already made payment. If we create a new application for him as well, what happens to the payment we already made? Any ideas on how we can resolve this?
