Before payment. The information is on the admission page, where you downloaded your admission letter, school fee invoice and payment schedule. It read thus (take note of the last statement);


This online provision for
checking admission status and
printing your school fee
invoice will require the same
Confirmed Payment Reference
Number you used for
applying.
Applicant who has been
offered admission will be
allowed to download
provisional letter of admission
and print school fee invoice
otherwise will be advised to
check back.
If you are admitted, print your
letter of admission and come
with the originals of your
certificate(s) for clearance
before proceeding to make
school fee payment.

Clearance has not really started, I was there on weds n d woman told me they don't have the material for clearance yet that i should check back next week and its room 211 for COLERM, don't know of other colleges and u are just to present the originals of your credentials and admission letter.

These are the documents you will submit to room 205 (upstair) Post graduate school:
-Registration print out form
-Original bank teller
-Pin confirmation slip (the white print out you were given in bank, that had zenith bank logo "Z" as its watermark
-Reference/invoice letter you took to bank to pay
-University certificate/statement of result
-O'level result
-NYSC discharge certificate/exemption letter
-Birth certificate.
