If what I read is true then it means Jonathan is no Longer the "C in C" of this country for the military to be holding the nation to ransom or are they telling us by shifting the election by 6weeks means the insurgency will end in 6weeks or Jonathan is using them to Force the election postponement after the council of state meeting met a dead end on election postponement. This country is funny! Soldiers will not provide security if election holds as scheduled but they will provide security if another date is fix. Is't that funny? Most of that have been collected. I guess its mainly those registered of recent by those who lost theirs or have not reached the age limit at 2011. But most of this PVC yet to taken are fraudulently registered.

Our army are doing a great job and I pray God almighty crown this with victory but would the military expedition be over in 2month or 2month or 6months ? Nobody knows this.
Go to various military formations in the country and you do see that the barracks are not empty and their very many personal can be sent out to maintain law and order during the forth coming elections.(Customs,Immigrations,NCDC,Police etc are in it too).
I also feel it is important for INEC to extend the PVC collection deadline to 13th February and the government should give at least a day public holiday to allow more people collect their PVCs.
The tension the electioneering process is generating is just too much and Nigerians wish to get it over with so life can continue.

APC have connived with INEC to rig the elections.This is a good decision from the army.APC have continue to insist on the Feb 14 date having favoured by INEC in the distribution of voters cards.If actually they are up to the tast,change of date won't be a problem to them,but they know that their shaddy deal with INEC will be exposed that's why they have continued to insist on the Feb.14 date.Elections in Nigeria have been holding between Match and April since 1999,why the hurry.Let INEC distribute all the voters cards to all eligible voters so that no one will be disenfrachised and whoever wins the elections knows that he merits it.APC stop crying foul.INEC should be given time to prepare.
