Head coach Mauricio Pochettino has a full complement of players to choose from when Tottenham host rivals Arsenal this weekend. Spurs have no injuries to contend with heading into Saturday's match, when they can also welcome back Nabil Bentaleb. The midfielder has been away at the African Nations Cup but has returned following Algeria's early exit, while Emmanuel Adebayor, Younes Kaboul and Etienne Capoue could be involved in the squad after deadline-day moves did not materialise. Ahead of the derby showdown Pochettino expressed his admiration for long-serving Arsenal counterpart Arsene Wenger. "It is difficult for me to imagine the next season, so 18 years - woah," he said. "This is why I admire so much Arsene because it's not easy for a manager to stay in the same place a lot of time like him." Pochettino also admires the "perfect" balance Wenger has struck between young players, current stars and experienced older heads. "We need to settle the basis for the future," the Spurs head coach added. "When the new stadium comes, we need more income, more business, very good for our fans, nice stadium. "It's all much better, but we are focused on the present too. We have a plan for the present and for the long-term. This is what the people need to know. "Football is present because Saturday is a big game for us. It's no more than Saturday, and for our supporters too. "We need to understand that we need to get the good results now to develop in a very good way our future, like a club." Wenger revealed leading scorer Alexis Sanchez feels he can defy the doctors and tackle Tottenham, but will not risk further injury to his star man. The 18-goal Chile forward missed last weekend's 5-0 demolition of Aston Villa with a hamstring strain, but has stepped up his rehabilitation. Wenger, though, suggested he was likely to err on the side of caution. "Alexis wants to have a go today, but I think he is too short," Wenger said. "He wants to play, of course, he is very keen. He feels he can defy the medical people because he is so keen to play that he thinks he can get over strains." Wenger added: "I don't know yet, I need medical advice on that, and I need to see what he can do in training as well."
