when I received a text in my inote, my screen will not sleep until I close the notification.
This occasionally drain my battery. For instance, if I got a text at night, the screen will not sleep until I wake up the next morning to close, probably my battery must have drained. HELP ME PLEASE

Please, primson and other jumia agents here, tell your bosses in the company or people in the finance team to refund me of 22999 that was debited from my account in order for the innjoo note, Yet, I received am email saying the order was inconclusive..

Since 22 January, I was assured to get my refund within 10 days, but I'm yet to get, that's disappointing for the African no. 1 online retailer.

Don't tell me to call customer care cos they are not helping, and the call is so damn cheap..
