Well karleb, you can create your own vamping style(rhythm) by yourself! ![]() what your drummer is playing and find what fits in well to it and isn't noisy...you can start with songs played on a 4/4, before moving to other time signatures because, what works for 4/4 might not fit into a 3/4,6/8,5/4 and the rest..goodluck bro
guy explain dis 4/4 tins to me please,am still a learner but play in my church though |

I've a new illiterate teacher right now who doesn't know more than 4 keys on the keyboard, he doesn't even know what a scale is but when he grabs his Fmajor ehn he could play an augmented/diminished/sus2 and 4 chord as slash chords before going to the next scale degree... Mehn! I wanna be like him which is why I want you to release your video asap! |

Re: A Thread For Keyboardists by Pr0ton: 3:43pm On Feb 15, 2015 |
Karleb: Bro. I dunno what to call it but this is how I play it. Whenever I'm going to F (let's say on Cmajor now) I'd play the Bb first then land on the chord of F. If it's G, I'd play the F# first before landing on the chord of G. The chord of Am takes the Ab. My question is, is there any other way I can get to F apart from going through Bb. Same question goes for G and Am and even C too. I've been trying Bb to G (I learnt that from "I'm Trading My Sorrow" ![]() Thanks. ![]() cc- cbrass dramadiddy goddysweb gameboi 1 Like |

Dramadiddy: Is this Cm or Am scale? |
Re: A Thread For Keyboardists by Karleb(m): 4:24pm On Feb 15, 2015 |
Pr0ton: It's called passing chords and there are many way to play it like playing the major or minor of a minor or major chord before going to playing the next chord you want to play. You can also checkout the video I posted above. Lemme go dig up some gameboi's post! ![]() |
