Dear friends, I just purchased a HTC one Dual SIM phone also called M7. M7 is not written on the pack or on any literature that come with it, so why it is called M7, I don't know. However ,the phone is less than 1 week old but the battery is draining rapidly such. It goes from 100% to 80% in less than an hour. I have used a samsung S3 but this rate of draining only manifested after close to two years of use. I am concerned that the phone is refurbished and not brand new meaning I might have been deceived. Now I ask the question. Is there any way of confirming weather a phone is refurbish or not? I will be glad to get feedback from anyone who can help. Thanks.

The first question is where did you buy the phone?

I bought it in a run of the mill but well stocked shop with considerable customer traffic. Not the level of SLOT though.
