YOU can change it in the USA but its takes time and the decision is with USCIs

I did mine 14,500 January last year, i called d immigration officer that help me with mine now, he said it 25k now at ilorin

Agents charged 18k or 20k in lagos and you pick it up same day but i renew mine for 15k at Alausa some months (6months) after FG increased the price by 50%

Did mine in Lagos last December for 27k. Went through one of the immigration officers who helped expedite the process.

Be aware that community college can be reason for visa refusal, look for university.

Go to Google search
Type in psychology masters usa
This will give you many links to schools.
You then need to look at admission requirements, fees and everything.
Count up your avaliable funds to cover tuition, accomodation and travel.
Apply to several schools and hopefully get offer of admission
Then apply for visa.
