the school already told you what they need from you, so you need no confirmation from us.

We only advice you take one standardized test. But since you finished from a UK university, I think you're fine with or without it.

Most likely with a UK degree u dont need TOEFL or IELTS but on GMAT thats a different issue, if its is not a requirement by the grad school then u dont need it verify they dont need GRE either but most def strike out TOEFL AND IELTS if u have a degree from UK but on the other hand you might want to write GRE or GMAT to stand better qualification ground

you are good to go... Wayne State University is located in downtown Detroit... Pretty beautiful!!! I've been there ones.

toefl and gmat is not a visa requirement but sometimes it shows how valid you are. i mean hhow serious you are to the VO

You add $5 to the normal or black market dollar exchange rate to know the US embassy rate.

Also make sure your sponsor have more than 7M on his/her bank statement..
