But boss. This is how I solved it:

Using the Idea Gas equation

pV = nRT

making volume subject of formular, we have:

V = nRT / p

P is in atm
V is in dm³
n is in mol
T is in Kelvin
R is constant, i.e 0.082 atm dm³ K^-1 mol^-1
And we p = 2.02 x 10⁵ Nm^-2

We have to convert it to atm:

2.02 x 10⁵ Nm^-2 =
2.02 x 10⁵ Nm^-2 / 101325 (standard pressure) X 1atm

Now the problem here is I used 101325 as my SP, because when I used yours I got an answer far away from those in the options.



2.02 x 10⁵ Nm^-2 = 2.0atm (2 sigF)

T = 27C + 273
= 300K

Then:

V = 0.125 x 0.082 x 300 / 2.0

= 1.5375
= 1.54 (approximately)

I think you know more short-cuts than me. See how I passed through Osun then took right-turn (if there's any turn like that) to Oyo, then finally arrived in Lagos all the way from Ogun, instead of crossing from Ogun to Lagos (as simple as that) Kudos bro!
