Besides i wanna gain some cash from it...i noticed that in my hood...the youths cant speak fluent english and are not career orientated |

T3amie:Well, it's also not out of place to help them directly without announcing. You can organise empowerment programmes like I do and help them see reasons why they should get something doing esp' if they're youngsters. |
