A friend of mine received a text message from his church "Christ Embassy" last week saturday: "Beloved, Bring in Your offerings in dollars & other foreign currencies to church tommorow during 1st & 2nd Services by 7:00 and 9:15am respectively. It is called Dollar Service. Also come with something to help someone. Be a helper. Leaders meeting holds immediately after 2nd service. Thanks" I was surprised when I read the message and what came to my mind was that maybe is because of the rise of the dollars. I begin to wonder if God don they reject our own Naira as offerings. |
