But there are different ways to kill a rat, and again we don't know the details of the case, we are not sure if this evidence was tended at a lower court but the court rejected it, their are lots of information missing here and obviously we need more information about the case in order to engage in a legal arguments.

But am certainly sure APC will have a decent chance at supreme court and my gut tells me supreme Court will order new election or give order for a retrial which in turn with the APC momentum, and the leaked tape plus other stuff, Fayose and PDP will lose but till then
