U should av charged it to 100% bro. The 60% it came with is just the factory charging. Ur best bet is to get a new battery.

whenever people say phone get hot,it always suprise me. You put ur phone on 3G and browse while charging and u expect it not to get hot? For the ba3 prob,download ba3 calibrator on playstore,u must be rooted.. Reduce the brightness,reduce the time out use 3G only when u want to download and off ur data when not in use..
