You'll have better clues by going good a scan or a rest to know what's actually wrong with you.. Maybe food poisoning, appendicitis or even just stomach cramps.. Visit a qualified doctor

Groin and abdominal are different regions. So, where did the pain start? Did it start in the abdomen then travels to groin or what?

You play sports? Any other symptoms? How bad is pain on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being worse pain of my life.? How long has pain being there?

Otherwise; if nothing out of ordinary but just a mild boring achy pain; try OTC pain relief of ibuprofen, acetaminophen, ICE pack. See if it helps, if not better in 7 days, then proceed to a health center near you.

Pardon my unprofessional usage of the word- "groin". By groin, I mean the region (hip) close to the peniis; directly on my left limb after the femur bone... Wish I cud explain clearly.
I hv actually visited the hospital nd was told cud be a case of hernia but wt a clear advice that I see a urologist who wud clarify me on wether or nt the pain is being caused by an undescended testis or hernia itself.
