That enlarged statement above doesn't cover future sudden misbehavior of the device. What if a factory fault develops maybe after 4 months? Because its out of the 7 days you mentioned above.

Or is it not possible for factory fault(whatever that is) to develop later than 7 days?

My gionee phone suddenly refused to switch on after using it for like 6 months(is that a factory fault?) and I took it to gionee office where it was repaired for free(that's the kind of warranty I am asking for). Will you guys do the same if such happens with the product I bought from you?

The lowest warranty I have seen for smart phones is usually 1year and above. The fear of the unknown scares the creep out of him. If you can promise a year warranty then I would jump at your product.

Or you can cut the story short by telling me you don't provide warranty because you are not the manufacturer
