There is no cause for alarm,not everyone's belle dey follow the program. With my 1st pregnancy,minus the premature contraction @7months brougt on by nivaquine, I didn't feel nothing till 2days before delivery.

On this CS issue, I sometimes feel its financial and some folks are just embarassed to own up cos for the life of me,I don't get why people will put their lives and babies' on the line when all the prognosis are not in their favour. I know its not easy out there in dem streets but life is precious!!
I met a lady @ the hospital when I went for 12wk scan and she was complaining to her companion about the price for CS and talking about looking for agbo to shrink the baby's size cos she's been told she has the double whammy of placenta previa and a large baby and CS fees alone in that hospital(Govt but run for profit) is 120k while vag is 30k. I couldn't help myself I had to call her to a corner and advised her not to embark on a suicide mission and steered her in the direction of our trusted General hospital, I know GH is like a market but the consultants are top quality.
When I had my son in '06, the GH charged 1k for vag delivery while CS was 25k,with drugs and what have you it didn't exceed 40k cos the bed per night was a 100n, today the same hospital charges 5k for vag and 40k for CS.
The woman beside my bed's husband was angry at the wife and was very obvious about it cos of the financial implication despite being aware that it was a life saving measure. We had to chip in something so he wouldn't send the poor woman into post natal depression.

That price is fair ni, my hospital in lagos charged me 500k for CS. I grabbed it quickly after I was told a fibroid is blocking my cervix thus there's no chance of a normal delivery.

My Dear, abeg let them shout team July, cos all these team June, July, august and co are my source of inspiration now. They make me realize I have so many juniors in the ouse, they also make me praise myself tht I have tried. But seriously april needs to be here cos my tiredness and backpain are out of this world.

I have been battling with itching on my v point,I have taking different drugs from hospital no avail pls my sisters is there another thing I will do to help me am tied of drugs ad also scared pls I need urgent help

Lemme tell you the cause.
The cause is because you are pregnant!

Now lemme tell the solution for that swollen leg. Abeg, cut salt out of your diet. Then try to raise your feet at any given opportunity. Then finally, go and buy compression socks. Sleep with it at night, wear it all day, it will help reduce the swollen legs and prevent further swelling.
Please monitor your blood pressure and watchout for puffiness in your face and fingers. Also complain to your doctor let him run a routine urine test and rule out ketones in your urine (as per Pre-Eclampsia) but I think you are fine, it is just the pressure of the two precious babies. You are almost there! *Hugs*

Garki is good,national hospital and fed staff are very nice as well, the fct govt funded ones are very good and dirt cheap,depends where
is closest to your residence.
Don't know about Douz as well, there are lots of good places in this city.

I finally got my docs clearance on evacuation.A tablet was inserted in me and i was given 2 tablets to take.i went home and laid down and after 2 hours the bleeding started with me running to toilet to pass out huge clots of blood.I have taken iburoprofen and expecting a hot cup of tea.i will go back to the hospital for evacuation proper tmr.
I wish all belleful mommas happy pushing.hope to join the club soonest.
